Do all participants need to have a waiver on file?

All participants must have a waiver on file which is included in the Upper Hand Sports profile and completed during account verifications. Guests must complete the waiver at the time of purchase. Download our app on the App Store to create your profile: Upper Hand, linked here.

Are helmets mandatory inside the cages?

Helmets are to be worn at all times inside the cages. 

What is the minimum age requirement to use the automatic pitching machines without adult supervision?

Must be 13 or older to use the automatic pitching machines without an adult present.  

How can team practices be scheduled at the facility or fields?

Team Practices at the facility or fields are by reservation only and limited to 1 hour unless approved by management.  No fee for The Clubhouse 903 members, non-members $10.00 per child.  Team roster must be on file prior to reservation.

How are membership fees billed?

Membership fees will automatically be billed on a month to month basis.  Cancelations are required in writing and will require payment for the member dues in the month cancelled.   For example:  Billing date is the 1st of January and cancellation request is made on January 5th.  The last payment for dues will be February 1st.

How can members access the reservation link?

Members will set up an online login and password for access to reservation link. Download our app on the App Store: Upper Hand, linked here.

When does the cage timer start for reservations?

Be early; make sure you are on time for your reservation.  Cage timer starts at your reservation time, not check-in.

What is the cancellation policy for scheduled events?

Cancellations must be made 24-hours prior to the scheduled event.  “Event” is defined as any service provided by The Clubhouse 903, not limited to, an individual, group or team training & cage rentals.

How are refunds processed for canceled events?

Refunds: when an event cancellation has been made prior to 24-hours before scheduled event, refund will be made by the way of a credit at The Clubhouse 903. The credit will be equal to the original amount paid to be used for a future event - unless otherwise approved by management for cash refund.

What is the payment requirement for canceled services and no-shows?

Payment in full will be required for all cancelled services and “No Shows” prior to scheduling any future events.
